Vinification:The grapes are picked up during the second week of October. Maceration takes place at a controlled temperature of 25℃ for 9-10 days, with pumping over, delestage and micro-oxygenation techniques. Then ageing is done in vitrified cement tanks with micro-oxygenation.After some time in bottle, the wine then completes its refinement.
Colour: Clear purplish red
Bouquet: Intense and fresh bouquet of small red fruits with typical notes of violet
Taste: On the palate it is young, fresh and elegant, it is juicy and full,with an excellent balance between fruit and structure.
