Vinification: The grapes are harvested carefully by hand in the first decade of September.Fermentation follows destemming-treading and soft pressing, under controlled temperature in steel tanks for 20 days.Ageing lasts for 4 months on fine lees. After cold stabilization and micro filtration, the wine is bottled for 3 months.
Colour: Straw color with clear greenish reflections, clear and bright
Bouquet:Intense and persistent,complex,the smells reveal white flowers, the tropical fruits, the pear and the apricot mixed with the delicious balsamic and citrus notes
Taste: Round, fresh, full-bodied, well-structured, very good aromatic persistence
