Grape Variety:Merlot
Alcohol: 14% Vol
Vinification: The grapes are harvested during the middle of September.Maceration takes place at 26-27℃ for 20 days, with pumping over, delestage and micro-oxygenation techniques. Then the malolactic fermentation carries out spontaneously. Ageing is done in vitrified cement tanks, partly in tonneaux. After 3 more months in bottle, the wine then completes its refinement.

Bouquet: Fruity with aromas of ripe red berries, vanilla and coffe
Taste: On the palate it is full and warm with velvety tannins, long persistence and clean finish
