Grape Variety: Syrah
Alcohol: 13.5% Vol
Vinification: The grapes are harvested in the second decade of September by hand and machines. After destemming and soft pressing, fermentation and post-fermentation maceration take place at controlled temperature in thermo-conditioned stainless steel tanks for 15 days, followed by spontaneous malolactic fermentation. The wine ages in concrete tanks and is bottled for 3 months.
Colour: Very intense ruby with violet reflections, brilliant.
Bouquet: Fruity and spicy with light plant notes
Taste: Well-structured, powerful, flavoursome; It is soft at the beginning and the finish is characterized by soft and wrapping tannins, long, spicy aroma.
