Grape Variety: Susumaniello
Alcohol: 13.5% Vol
Vinification: The grapes are picked by hand and machines in the second decade of September. After stemmer-crushing, fermentation and post-fermentation maceration are carried out at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks for 15 days, followed by malolactic fermentation spontaneously. Refining is done in concrete tanks and bottling takes 3 months.
Colour: Intense ruby red with violet hues, brilliant
Bouquet: Fruity and spicy with light vegetal notes
Taste: Well-structured, powerful, fruity, soft attack articulated and final progression characterized by soft and enveloping tannins, long, spicy aroma mouth
