Alcohol: 16% Vol

 

Vinification:The two grapes are vinificated separately,with long maceration to temperature of approximately 20℃

 

Colour: Intense red color with violet


Bouquet:Gentle spicy notes of vanilla and chocolate and the typical notes of cherry, black cherry and white pepper.

 

Taste: Wine of medium body,On the palate,freshness and drinkability (typical of Valpolicella) combine with a silky tanninc structure and an intense aromatic persistence, typical of Amarone.Fresh,soft and sapid finish.A elegant, balanced and harmonic wine with a classic style.
