Vinification: Cold fermentative premaceration,temperature-controlled fermentation with frequentpumping over, punching the cap, and delestages,long post-fermentation maceration and a long timeon the lees. Aged in barriques for 12-15 months,then in bottle for 6-8 months.
Colour: Very intense ruby red with purple overtones.
Bouquet: Complex and decisive, characterized byits notes of blackberry raspberry and spice.
Taste: Very persistent on the palate, it is a full-bodied, well-structured wine, warm and soft.
