Vinification: Harvested and de-stemmed grapes are vinified with 7/8 days of maceration to extract color and tannin
structure. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation occurs in
stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 25/27℃
Colour: Intense deep red
Bouquet: Vinous and intense with notes of ripe red berries and delicate spices
Taste: Ample, rich and soft, with long persistence and excellent structure
