Grape Variety: Nero d'Avola
Alcohol: 14% Vol
Vinification: The harvested grapes are soft pressed and make a prefermentative maceration at 3-4℃ in order to extract the characteristic aromas; fermentation and macerations last 15/20 days at a controlled temperature 25/27 ℃ at the end of this step the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation are completed. Aged in oak for 12 month.
Colour:Intense red color
Bouquet: The bouquet is slightly spicy and fruity with notes of dried figs and ripen fruits
Taste: The finish is round and fruity with well integrated tannins and notes of vanilla
