Vinification: The grapes were soaked with skin for 3 hours and then pressed gently. After filtering, the grape juice was fermented by yeast for 2-3 weeks under the temperature control condition. After that, the wine was filtered and clarified, aged for 5 months, and then put into bottles after standing at -2℃ for 4 days.
Colour: Straw yellow
Bouquet: Spicy aroma of cinnamon, cloves, rose and lychee.
Taste: Fruity and spicy, aromatic, long finish.
