Vinification:Late harvest (late September,first days of October, depending on the weather conditions). Hand-picked grapes. Age of the vines:33 years. Vinification and aging in small centenary Sardinian chestnut barrels, under Flor yeasts, a native natural yeast that acts as a protective layer, giving the wine flavors and aromas. Specifically, the vintage you bought the 2007, a wine aged for 13 years.
Colour: Ancient gold
Bouquet: Intriguing flavor of chestnut honey and amaretto, butter, coffee and quince jelly, sea flora and glazed notes.
Taste: Articulate, moderately sweet and fresh, almost of a liquor. It ends with a lingering bitter almond note.
