Distillation Method: Discontinuous with head and tail cutting, in copper steam stills.
Colour: Deep amber with golden shades.
Bouquet: Buttery notes of cinnamon and toast, hints of raisins and wood. Ripe fruits and smoked honey.
Taste: On the palate is exceptionally rich and creamy, with a mix of sweet spice, honey and spicy walnut. The final notes are those of the first autumn fruit, the
apple and pear. A persistent fine, sweet and warm.
