Distillation Method: Lemons are harvested by hand early in the morning and placed on small wicker contains to prevent the fruits from crushing or breaking. Immediately after harvesting,they are washed out with natural water, and the whole fruit is infuse with alcohol.The infusion lasts about 20/30 days during which alcohol extracts all properties/qualities of the fruits.Once the infusion is complete,the recipes completed and the product is bottled.

Taste: Typical of the Mediterranean lemon
