Distillation Method: It is a grappa exclusively obtained from the distillation of Vernaccia pomaces. It is obtained from an accurate distillation,exclusively carried out by the oenologist Elio Carta, and a long again process in refined Sardinian chestnut barrels,some of which are over 100 years old. (Used for decades to age the Vernaccia wine.)
Colour: Intense amber
Bouquet: Flavour of honey, chestnut and amaretto, butter, coffee and quince jelly, sea flora and glazed notes.
Taste: Enveloping and fresh, a silky caress of flavour and fullness on the palate.
