Raw material: Malt
Alcohol: 42% Vol
Distillation Method: Discontinuous with head and tail cutting, in copper steam stills.
Colour: Deep amber with golden shades
Bouquet: They range from sweet spices to more pungent ones,passing through hints of coffee, memories of roots and more tannic aromas such as walnuts and rhubarb. Vanilla finish.
Taste: On the palate it is soft, with a return on spicy hints, complemented by sweet notes of caramel and vanilla. The finish is long, decided first on oak notes and then on spices.
