Vinification: This wine is made with carefully selected andripened grapes, the two varieties are vinified separately andblended before the bottling. The Sangiovese fermentedfollowing the traditional method, keeping by the way a lowtemperature of fermentation.
Colour: lntense, deep and brilliant ruby red.
Bouquet: Very intense and complex, with ripe red fruitaromas coming from the grape varieties blended.
Taste: Smooth and full bodied with a good structure,accompanied by a pleasant freshness and a nicearomatic and spice finish given by Syrah and Sangiovese.
