Grape Variety: Sangiovese, Syrah

Vinification:This wine is made with carefully selected and ripened grapes, grown in the Maremma vineyards. The latest controlled fermentation techniques used to produce this wine help to preserve the intense colour and the primarily aromas coming from the grapes. About 15% of the Sangiovese ages in small French oak barrels for about six months. Once finished, it is blended with the Sangiovese already aging in a stainless steel tank,and the process goes on for another 6 months. Syrah also ages in stainless steel tanks for lyear. After 12 months, the blend between Syrah and Sangiovese is carried out and aged for a further 4 months in stainless steel. Then the wine is bottled.
Colour: Intense ruby red
Bouquet: Very intense and complex, with fruity aromas of cherry, blackberry and raspberry.
Taste: Smooth with a good structure, it has a pleasant freshness and a long persistent aromatic finish.
