Description:Mastri Birrai Umbri's unfiltered red ale is made according to the Cotta 37 recipe using the traditional top-fermentation tecnique. The use of roasted malts and chicklings result in its characteristic deep, naturally cloudy copper hue. The ale's captivating aroma is dominated by mineral and caramelized notes. Its body is smooth and its flavor balanced. A sediment may form at the bottom of the bottle due to the craft production and high fermentation, and because it is non-filtered.
