Grape Variety: Montepulciano

Vinification: It is aged for 40 months: initially it undergoes fermentation and a long maceration process in Ganimede tanks, then ageing in stainless steel barrels and, last but not least, in fine oak barriques. The ageing phase comes full circle in the bottle, where the wine stays for at least 6 months.
Colour: Ruby red color with maroon tinges.
Bouquet: Intense, variegated aromas with notes of vanilla.
Taste: On the palate, it is persistent, warm, full-bodied and harmonious.
