Vinification: This wine is made with fruits from selected vines. It is aged for 30 months: initially, the fermentation and long maceration processes are carried out in Ganymede tanks, then the ageing continues in stainless steel barrels and is completed with a long period in bottles. The wine created expresses the strength, characters, and characteristic profile of the Montepulciano d’Abruzzo vine.
Colour: The color is intense, deep ruby red with purple hues.
Bouquet: The aroma opens with an extraordinary bouquet of perfectly mature and concentrated scents. A mellow, harmonious fruity taste offers notes of prunes, dates and figs. All blended with fine spicy notes.
Taste: On the palate, it reflects the candor of Montepulciano d’Abruzzo and highlights powerful tannins, pulpiness and long persistence.
