Grape Variety: Montepulciano

Vinification: The grapes used to make Dama ripen in vineyards with different levels of exposure. It undergoes fermentation and a long maceration process in Ganimede tanks. The ageing process takes 18 months and starts with stainless steel and oak barrels, and eventually in bottles.
Colour: Ruby red color with slight maroon tinges.
Bouquet: It has a good olfactory persistence with notes of liquorice.
Taste: Rich, harmonious and full on the palate.
