Grape Variety: Negroamaro

Vinification: The grapes are harvested from 15-35 years old vines in mid-September. The wines are matured in stainless steel vats and later subject to bottle aging.
Colour: Deep ruby red.
Bouquet: Intense note of red berries (blueberry, blackberry, black cherry), with variety’s typical spicy notes.
Taste: Delicate, balanced and extremely pleasant, with sweet tannins and persistent closure.
