Vinification: Carefully destemmed, the fruit is then crushed. Fermentationis carried out with maceration on the skins at controlledtemperatures in stainless steel containers. The wine matures instainless steel and small barrels of French oak.
 
Colour: Ruby red with purple hues.
 
Bouquet: Fruity and complex. Aromas of cherry and blackberry cometogether with hints of pine tree and nettle blending smartly withcocoa powder, cut tobacco and sweet spices like star anise andliquorice root.
 
Taste: A smooth, generous, enchanting entry with velvety tannins.Well-structured and beautifully lingering. Wild strawberriesand red berries mingle with hints of candied orange peel andred plum. A lovely fragrant finish.
