Grape Variety: Sauvignon Blanc

Vinification: The harvest took place during the month of September. The healthy and perfectly ripe grapes were hand-picked in small crates, to preserve the integrity of the fruit. After gentle destemming thefruit was left to macerate for a short period, then softly crushed, and the must obtained was clarified by decantation. Temperature- controlled fermentation followed in stainless steel vats. At the end of fermentation, the wine was kept on the lees for a few months to increase its complexity, creamy texture and suitability for ageing. Once bottled, it matured in temperature-controlled rooms.
Colour: Luminous straw yellow with light green hues.
Bouquet: Elegant, intense and rich in fragrances. Floral opening with hints of moss, calla lilies and orange blossom. Citrus, with bergamot and grapefruit peel notes, it continues with exotic fragrancesof pineapple and passion fruit. Spicy and pleasantly fragrant,it delivers hints of boxwood, sage, nettle and officinal herbs. It closes with alluring iodized nuances of glasswort, graphite and gunflint (flint stone).
Taste: Fresh and tangy, it starts revealing complexity and good body. Pleasant aromas of white peach and tropical fruit blend in a long lasting freshness. Balanced and with excellent persistence, it closes with citrine and mineral aromas.
