Grape Variety: Merlot

Vinification: The healthy and perfectly ripe grapes are harvested by hand, in small crates, to preserve the integrity of the berry. Carefully destemmed, the fruit is then crushed. Fermentation is carried out with maceration on the skins at controlled temperatures in stainless steel containers. The wine matures in stainless steel and small barrels of French oak. The bottled wine is then aged in temperature-controlled binning cellars.
 
Colour: Concentrated ruby red with purplish hues.
 
Bouquet: Lively and stylish. Red berries, redcurrants, blueberries and gooseberries mingle with hints of leather, golden tobacco, wild mint and sage. Notes of autumn leaves, ferns, and conifer trees blend with liquorice and white pepper. Fresh, sweet spice in the after- aroma.
 
Taste: Fresh, appealing, mouth-filling. Lively and mouth-watering, with a smooth, subtle entry, stylish tannins and a nice meaty texture. Hints of pomegranate, black cherries, blood oranges, and a long, lingering finish on fruity, spicy sensations.
