Grape Variety: Chardonnay

Vinification: The harvest took place during the first half of September. The healthy and perfectly ripe grapes were hand-picked in small crates, to preserve the integrity of the fruit.After gentle destemming, the fruit was left to macerate for a short Period of time, then softly crushed, and the must obtained was clarified by decantation. Temperature-controlled fermentation followed in stainless steel vats. At the end of fermentation, the wine was kept on the lees for a few months to increase its complexity, creamy texture and suitability for ageing. Once bottled, it matured in temperature-controlled rooms.
Colour: Intense straw yellow.
Bouquet: Intense, smart, complex and dynamic. Sweet notes of elderflower and acacia, blended with fruity fragrances of Golden Apple, white peach, lemon and Williams Pear. Delicate notes of tropical fruits such as lychee, papaya and mango are combined with pleasant notes of pastry.
Taste: Creamy and rich in texture. Elegant and harmonious wine, supported by an excellent acidity. It has a good minerality which eases its persistence.
