Vinification: Maceration on the skins and spontaneousfermentation in amphora for 20 days. The aging takesplace partly in amphora and partly in tonneaux- secondpassage -for a period of 8 months. Not filtered.
Colour: Copper and orange in color.
Bouquet: Initial protagonists are the aromas of citrus,grapefruit and mandarin, gradually giving space to hintsof ripe apricot, licorice, light notes of mint and pine.
Taste: On the palate it is full and enveloping, fresh, withdelicate tannins and a mineral finish.
