Vinification: It comes from the blend of grapes harvested in 2 different steps, in order to enhance the freshness and the aroma by the first harvest, structure by the second one. It's aged for 4 months in steel tanks. 
 
Colour: Straw yellow
 
Bouquet: It comprises an intense, persistent aroma of ripe tropical fruit, pear, peach and white flowers.
 
Taste: The taste is fresh and Mediterranean with a pleasantly saline finish.
