Grape Variety: Merlot, Sangiovese

Vinification: The grapes are collected in the second half of September. The must is left on the skins for 4-8 days. It is then placed in special tanks where fermentation is completed in 8-10 days at 25-30℃. Ageing in stainless steel tanks takes 1-2 years.

Bouquet:Elegant fragrance of violets,with pleasant hints of various red berries
Taste: Harmonious to the taste. Contessa lvana is a gentle and educated lady, and her inner refined features completely release between the lips and teeth.
