Vinification: Alcoholic fermentation and maceration happen in stainless steel tanks for about 3 weeks.  About 18 months' maturation in medium-toasted French barriques and minimum 9 months' aging in bottle.
 
Colour: Brilliant ruby red with garnet reflections
 
Bouquet: Fragrant perfumes of maraschino cherry, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla and anise.
 
Taste: The taste is full and balanced with sweet and soft tannins that confer a good aromatic persistence.
