Vinification: Alcoholic fermentation and maceration instainless steel tanks for about 3-4 weeks. Minimum 18 months maturation in medium-toasted French barriques and 50 hl barrel, followed by minimum 12 months' aging in bottle.
Colour: Ruby red color
Bouquet: A complete bouquet of cherryjam, sweet spices, licorice, coffee and cacao.
Taste: Balanced in the mouth; spicy minerality and greatpersistence.
