Grape Variety: Sangiovese, Merlot

Vinification: The grapes were hand-picked and transported to the winery in 20Kg crates in less than half an hour. After being de-stemmed the best grapes were chosen on a sorting table.Vinification is carried out in temperature controlled stainless steel vats. The contact between must and skins went on longer than usual, between 18 and 25 days. Then the wine is matured for 18 months in French oak tonneaux.
Colour: Ruby red with purple hues.
Bouquet: Fragrant,fine with floral and fruity components.
Taste: Medium build, soft tannins that are balanced by the fruit and the alcohol.
