Grape Variety: Sangiovese, Foglia Tonda 

 

Alcohol content: 14.5%Vol

 

Vinification: From September 10th to October 3rd, the grapes are handpicked, the clusters are carefully chosen in the vineyard and a selection of best grapes are brought to the cellar. Abundant and easy to extract polyphenols. Fermentation in stainless steel temperature controlled vats for 15 days. As per ageing, 12 months in 5-7hl French oak tonneaux and small barrels.

 

Colour: Intense and brilliant ruby red.

 

Bouquet: Complex,fine,deep.It recalls red berries, exotic fruit and spices.

 

Taste: Full, powerful, warm, harmonious. The robust structure, which guarantees long ageing, is perfectly balanced by the fruit. Very persistent.
