Grape Variety: Moscato
Alcohol: 5.5% Vol
Vinification: Moscato grapes subjected to soft pressing. The must is transferred to an autoclave where fermentation starts.When the alcohol content reaches about5,5% alcoholic fermentation stops. Subsequently the wine is filtered by microfiltration and finally bottled.
Colour: Gold with greenish hues.
Bouquet: Fresh, floral, with notes of acacia and jasmine flowers.
Taste:Sweet and aromatic,slightly sparkling.
