Vinification:Desteming in a controlled atmosphere,alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature(28-30℃)with maceration for a total of about 16/20 days. After malolactic fermentation, it goes into cask.38 months of which at least 18 in 25/50 hl French oak barrels
Colour: Garnet red with orange reflexes.
Bouquet: Intense and elegant aroma of ripe fruits, with spiced undertones and leather inklings.
Taste: Dry, full, strong, severe but velvety. Harmonious with a slight taste of liquorice.
