Vinification: Maceration for about 10-12 days, malolactic fermentation in glass-lined cement tanks. Change into Allier barriques for 10-12 months.Refining in bottle for about 6 months.

 

Colour: Intense ruby red


Bouguet:Intense,persistent,balanced.Korem exhibits a full bouquet of black fruits that extends to the palate.

 

Taste:Velvety,full,harmonious,warm,round.Warm and full-bodied with excellent depth of flavor,ripe fruit and
firm tannins.
