Grape Variety: Vermentino
Alcohol: 14% Vol
Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand in the early morning.After painstaking selection of the grapes,very light pressing is done to obtain only the first pressed juice. Then the juice is chilled at 10-12° C with natural settling. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks with native yeasts only, at controlled temperature between 16-17℃ for 25-30 days. Then the wine is left in stainless steel tanks again to develop on its lees for 40-60 days.
Colour:Soft straw yellow with green tinges.

Taste: Lively, fresh, rich, balanced, delicate, fine.
