Vinification:Careful selection of grapes, very soft pressing using only flower must. Cooling at 10-12° C with natural settling. Fermentation at 16-18°C for about 20 days. Conservation at a controlled temperature with a short rest on the fine lees. Ageing for l-3 months in the bottle.
Colour: Straw yellow with slightly greenish reflections
Bouquet: Thin, intense and delicate, with a good primary and secondary aroma
Taste: Fresh, dry and sapid with a pleasant and delicate
