Space. Infinite and infinitesimal, visible and invisible, it is everywhere. In the pupils who crave the horizon, narrowing as they see sunrise in the east or sunset in the west, marking the end of a day dedicated to the vineyard. Love for the earth and devotion to the soil: powerful and tangible ways of perceiving space, the maximum poetic and artistic expression of nature. It wraps and protects the terroir, the vineyard, the grower and every living thing. And it is here, in the Valle del Lupo, that this animal is the lord of its space and has the power to endow the land it protects with fertility and abundance. It is here, in this place, that the Corte del Lupo Bianco was born, a wine that grows in the immensity of the earth but is aged in small oak barrels.

For this wine only freehand juice is used, about ¼ of which is aged in small oak barrels, used the year before for Chardonnay. The remaining must is fermented in steel. After 6 months of aging on the lees the two fractions are assembled.
It shows straw yellow with intense reflections between golden and greenish, and immediately opens to incredible organoleptic varieties
The nose, in fact, immediately gives important and strong flashes of tropical fruit, citrus flicks of lemon and grapefruit, delicate sweetness of acacia honey and mineral contours conferred by the soil of origin
The taste is excellent, an easy-drinking glass, which is expressed with clean and enveloping notes. Savory and full-bodied
It is perfect both to embellish an aperitif and to be a protagonist at the table: taste it with bread-rolls, savory pies, light meats and cheeses both fresh and seasoned, fried first courses such as risotto and roasted white meat or fish
